The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a fast paced, dynamic and creative team for a Circulation Executive to carry out trade marketing analysis for brands ranging from What’s on TV, Look, Marie Claire all the way to Country Life and Golf Monthly.

The role will be responsible for managing the trade marketing and circulation achievements for a wide range of magazine titles. The candidate will also be expected to support the wider circulation team with the implementation of strategy titles on other key brands. You will be exposed to a number of disciplines; supply and demand planning; trade marketing and promotional analysis.

As a key part of overall publishing team, we work closely with Publishers on sales strategy, advise on the best approaches to the distribution of our brands and develop the most striking consumer promotions on the UK newsstand.

Person specification

  • have excellent communication and organisation skills;
  • an analytical aptitude and the capability of discussing, presenting and proactively acting on analytical & insight findings;
  • the ability to work as an integral member of a team, whilst also being able to work autonomously at times


Essential requirements

  • be willing to learn and develop within a team;
  • be open to working with a broad set of colleagues within publishing, marking and retail;
  • possess drive and initiative;
  • be comfortable juggling the requirements of a variety of different brands within the Time Inc portfolio;
  • be looking to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
