Crack Industries is looking for a Digital Marketing and Subscriptions Manager to join the commercial team. The main facet of the role will be managing the Supporters subscription model, both in terms of driving sign-ups and rewarding existing Supporters. This service was launched during lockdown and now acts as a hub for our most loyal audience, as well as the only way of accessing our monthly digital magazine.
The role also means you are also responsible for all of Crack’s B2C sales and consumer-focused output. The Digital Marketing, Sales, and Subscriptions Manager will develop a growth strategy to ensure this developing arm of the business expands. Working towards set sales targets throughout the year, the focus on SaaS, merchandise, and B2C sales reflects the changing nature of our business.
This role has a degree of flexibility as regards to location but will require drive, creative ideas, and ability to handle multiple campaigns at once, great reporting skills, and the ability to achieve targets and goals.
Our Digital Marketing, Sales and Subscriptions Manager will also work closely with members of Crack’s creative and management team so excellent interpersonal skills are also required.
The successful candidate would bring experience to the role but also fresh ideas and a strong focus on our impending Christmas campaigns. This application will remain open until the position is filled.
