The role

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in supporting the team. What you will be doing with Prettybird will differ every week. You will get experience working on treatments, helping out the production team with research, going out on set (if any shoots are happening whilst you are there).

They are looking for someone who is highly creative, and is able to elevate the team’s creative output; whether that be by using your editing skills and or adobe suite skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who can edit and help out on the creative side of things, as well as be able to carry out administrative tasks too.


Main duties to include but not limited to:

  • Research for projects that are happening
  • Assisting on set with any duties required at shoots
  • Assistance with hospitality duties, welcoming any visitors and providing ongoing assistance with guests needs. Ensuring that any requests are dealt with and/or directed to the appropriate member of the team
  • Ensuring that the telephone is answered in a timely and professional manner and transferred to the appropriate personnel or accurate messages are taken
  • Helping with travel itineraries, booking couriers & taxis to be overseen by Office Manager
  • Provide support with video editing
  • Provide additional administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, typing letters, meeting minutes and reports
  • Opportunity to get involved with marketing activities such as writing newsletters and keeping the social media posts pages updated with latest work
  • Assisting with gifts for clients over the holiday period
  • Supporting a busy team with day to day running of the office

  • Knowledge of / passion for the film/television/music/fashion industries
  • An interest in Photography & Film
  • Enthusiastic, trustworthy and reliable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good timekeeping
  • Ambitious and hardworking with a highly flexible attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing people person who is keen to broaden professional network
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop with retouching, photography as well as the ability to transcode and edit in Premiere Pro. (Must be proficient at one or both)
  • Computer literate including reasonable standard of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient use of social media and online platforms as a source of research and engagement
